Alloys by Design Introduces Signature Collection

Audrey Burchett has been crafting jewelry for seven years - each of her designs are unique pieces of art.

For this new line, Audrey created a unique process, which she has termed the "Archean Process." The lengthy process starts with mixing and melting a special alloy of silver and other metals. As she heats this new alloy, the metals within the alloy begin to melt at different temperatures, creating interesting textures and ripples on the surface of the metal. Once the metal has become texturized, Audrey then works with naturally occurring patinas in the metal to create a colorful abstract design. The result is a beautiful, vivid, completely original work of art.

The Archean Process is totally unique to Alloys by Design. Anyone who appreciates original artwork would value one of these lovely designs.
