Andree Charette brings her knowledge of communications and entrepreneurship to her work with Creations Meli-Melo
GATINEAU, QC, CANADA, SEPTEMBER 29, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ --- Andree Charette, Communications Officer and Business Owner at Creations Meli-Melo, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership, and excellence in communications and business administration.
Over the last year, Ms. Charette has been developing her e-boutique, Creations Meli-Melo, where her goal is to introduce a variety of handmade items, creations from worldwide artists and designers to a broader clientele: jewelry, home decorations, gift ideas, glass, wood, and fabric creations, etc. She also wishes to offer eco-friendly products, especially for children, and her kids' consignment shop is a great example of her environmentally consciousness. Ms. Charette's previous experience as a Business Owner in France, EURL Petit Monde, has empowered her to establish and remain in contact with clients and partners, provide excellent customer service, and manage inventories, sales, and commercial Web site. Working with online media allows her to create new Internet business, stay up-to-date with trends, discover emergent artists, and optimize search engine results.
Aside from her expertise in languages, design, communications, and management, Ms. Charette is pursuing education to further her skills. She is attending TÉLUQ in order to attain a certificate in French writing, which will be an addition to the ones she already holds in day care and elementary school education, administrative secretarial studies, communications, and entrepreneurship. She volunteers any additional free time to editing work at her son's school, hosting creative workshops for both kids and adults, and supporting her son in his numerous sports and activities.
Back in 1992, Ms. Charette was honored by École secondaire Nicolas-Gatineau with a scholarship for her great communication skills. She believes that these abilities and her strength to overcome obstacles and continue forward in life have helped her become successful today. She was also presented with a scholarship by Centre Administration, commerce et secretariat de Gatineau in 2005, stressing her determination to see things through as well as her great organizational skills. She is thankful for her education, work experience, curiosity, and open-mindedness.
