Ms. DeLeon excels as an expert on skin care, color applications and client relations. In her capacity as an independent senior beauty consultant with one of America's leading direct sales companies, she manages a growing team of consultants, holds skin care classes, and administers complimentary facials for her client base. She also handles daily business tasks, including color selection and application techniques, and coordinates home parties and special event consultations.

Ms. DeLeon started her Mary Kay Inc. business in April 2009. She attributes her success to her hard work and determination; she doesn't let life get in the way of her goals and dreams. She became involved in her profession because Mary Kay Inc. allows her to be the chief executive officer of her own company. Ms. DeLeon believes that becoming an independent senior beauty consultant has been the best decision of her life. As a single parent of a young child, she has the gained flexibility and income she needs to achieve her dreams and goals. The highlight of her career thus far has been walking across the stage alongside her hero and mentor, the independent senior sales director, Mary Kathryn King.

Ms. DeLeon is a Certified Medical Biller, and she also holds a CPR Certification and an Automated External Defibrillator Certification. Her versatile skill set and medical background has garnered for her a reputation among members of her community, and she received a Community Life Saving Award from the Portage Fire Department in 2010. Looking ahead, Ms. DeLeon hopes to continue working toward becoming a national sales director of Mary Kay Inc.
